Thirty years ago you could find about forty duck farms in the Eastport, Long Island area. Today, you will only find one major producer: Crescent Duck.
Crescent Duck was started by Henry Corwin in 1908 in Aquebogue, Long Island on land that had been in his family since the middle 1600’s. Since then, the Corwin’s have made it their family legacy to continue this proud tradition.
Owned and operated by Henry Corwin’s grand and great-grandchildren, Crescent works diligently to keep their traditions and legacy alive. Through time-honored genetic, nutritional and processing techniques as well as a dedication to a diet of only natural grains devoid of hormones or artificial growth stimulants Crescent continues to deliver high-quality duck and duck products to their valued customers. We are extremely proud to be a Crescent Duck customer and look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with the Corwin family.
